It's only been a few days but the Vision Pro + Ultra Lock combo became a permanent resident at my home. Not just that it offers tons of extras but it's faster, more quiet than the previous Switchbot lock and the top of that, no more need for any physical activity when we arrive home, just look at the Vision Pro and presto, my door is open. Love that it gives other possibilities to enter and the palm reader function is great with short kids, just throw their hands in the air to unlock.
Since this integrates with Home Assistant, I can ensure that whenever the lock is disengaged, I'm getting a full home notification. Above all that, the installation was a breeze, I was done and dusted in less than 10 minutes.
After unpacking the boxes, I wanted to ensure everything is fully charged before first use, that took a couple of hours, I do advise you do that before using them the first time. Batteries need calibration. Do a firmware upgrade, which takes around 2-3 minutes. Overall if I don't count the charging phase, all it took was 15 minutes to fully install both the lock and the Vision Pro. Playing with calibration and adding face detection (a passcode needs to be created first) was a fun task. Anyone can do it but it does give a mild satisfaction that you've done that.

This next-generation hub is equipped with a visual language model and works together with the indoor camera to send text notifications telling you who did what and where. We use it as a baby monitor connected to the camera in the bedroom, so when our baby wakes up, stands up, or starts moving, we get notified right away and can react immediately.

Our baby isn’t doing this yet, but if they ever try to climb over the playpen, it would alert us instantly—so it feels incredibly reassuring and practical!

The design is also very clean and minimal, which I personally love.

I bought a switchbot K11 last week. Couple of days after I purchased it the price reduced. I contacted the switchbot support and asked if i could cancel and reorder. Very quickly they messaged back and refunded my the extra that I paid. Its important to me good customer service so I was very impressed.
Received my K11 today. Easy to set up. Its very quiet and so far im extremely impressed with it. The smaller size is perfect for me and my rooms are quite small so it can get into the nooks and crannies.
Whenever I buy anything new I do my research and I feel ive definitely bought the right one. Would highly recommend.

I ordered this Robo vacuum for due to it's size and other features. My previous robo vacuum has trouble navigating tiny places / corners. This comes with Mopping and self emptying.
Apart from tiny robo vacuum, it's station size is also small. It's almost unnoticeable.

I am puzzled on how this will hold dirt for 90 days. I tested it for 30 days with daily vacuuming. So far I don't need to manually empty the bag. As I don't have pets , I am expecting it to last for 90 days as they stated.

It's companion app has all standered functionality like auto mapping, no go zones, virtual walls etc., mapping was accurate. No go zones worked as anticipated.

Due to it's small size, it's able to reach corners and worked well under furniture nicely. Despite it's small size, It performed well at different suction settings.

Overall I liked how small it is, yet powerful and comes with all modern features. I highly recommend for others.

Was looking for a second vacuum robot, this time with a mopping function. I already have the K10+, it is now running in the basement and the new S20 is on the ground floor. The suction power is really strong, almost too much at max, normal or high is completely sufficient and saves battery. One battery charge can handle approx. 100 square meters for me without any problems.

Great product, has helped me automate light switches as I live in a rental and allow delivery people into the mailroom when I'm not home. Great as it allows retrofitting of existing switches and buttons in the house without the need for any electrical know-how.
