Very quickly they messaged back and refunded my the extra that I paid. Its important to me good customer service so I was very impressed.
Received my K11 today. Easy to set up. Its very quiet and so far im extremely impressed with it. The smaller size is perfect for me and my rooms are quite small so it can get into the nooks and crannies.
Whenever I buy anything new I do my research and I feel ive definitely bought the right one. Would highly recommend.

I ordered this Robo vacuum for due to it's size and other features. My previous robo vacuum has trouble navigating tiny places / corners. This comes with Mopping and self emptying.
Apart from tiny robo vacuum, it's station size is also small. It's almost unnoticeable.

I am puzzled on how this will hold dirt for 90 days. I tested it for 30 days with daily vacuuming. So far I don't need to manually empty the bag. As I don't have pets , I am expecting it to last for 90 days as they stated.

It's companion app has all standered functionality like auto mapping, no go zones, virtual walls etc., mapping was accurate. No go zones worked as anticipated.

Due to it's small size, it's able to reach corners and worked well under furniture nicely. Despite it's small size, It performed well at different suction settings.

Overall I liked how small it is, yet powerful and comes with all modern features. I highly recommend for others.

Was looking for a second vacuum robot, this time with a mopping function. I already have the K10+, it is now running in the basement and the new S20 is on the ground floor. The suction power is really strong, almost too much at max, normal or high is completely sufficient and saves battery. One battery charge can handle approx. 100 square meters for me without any problems.

Great product, has helped me automate light switches as I live in a rental and allow delivery people into the mailroom when I'm not home. Great as it allows retrofitting of existing switches and buttons in the house without the need for any electrical know-how.
