The lock was a great addition to my house. Very easy to install and set up and so convenient when arriving home with an armful of shopping. So many ways to unlock the door make it easy for all to use. From the elderly who fear technology and who want to use a traditional key, to those who want to use a fingerprint, phone, nfc tag or phone app. I bought the full set to allow for easy usage and it had been one of the best items bought for my house. I would highly recommend the lock as it integrates with Amazon and other devices layering me know when the door opens and people arrive or depart.

Dead easy to install and setting up. I got the keypad too so if I ever forget my keys I can use 200 fingerprint recognition. So far, a week in I'm confident and can leave my keys at home. Maybe only as secure as the door it's being fitted to but it saved getting a replacement door or fitting a whole new locking system.

Very easy to setup and extremely compatible to my door. Very happy bought with the hub mini. Now I don’t need to use keys.

SwitchBot Lock

Amazing kit for the price. Works almost faultlessly. Fingerprint scanner can be hit and miss.
The lock part is quite bulky and there are a lot of exposed parts. Would be nice if it had some sort of cover but that would be difficult what with so many application variations. The almost impossible to please girlfriend even likes it but says it's all a bit slow. All in all, I love it and highly recommend it. 5 stars for me for the price, installation and operation.
Keypad battery cover was a little tricky to open.
