Before ordering I checked functionality with customer support. Ordered product, fitted product. Order arrived timely, well packaged. Instructions were easy to follow resulting in curtain automation within 15 minutes. Very pleased with the operation of the devices. Well done Switchbot.

For me, this is a great combination with the Hub 2 and Curtain Rod 2 supporting matter for Apple HomeKit. Well done SwitchBot.

Really good, just one little snag
Really impressed with the switchbot curtain product.
Had a bit of difficulty peeling off the rod overlap connector - the whole thing came off and it wasn’t possible to stick down. Fortunately I had two so was able to use the second one.

Good hub, but released a button early
I bought the hub for Matter comparability . That’s still in beta and there have been some issues . Overall, though, it’s pretty good and I’mbyold engineering are looking at the problems.
