Works well. The only issue I have is that after about a day there seem to be a glitch because of which I had to reset the devices. After setting them up again, they are a single item in the app, but in Home Assistant it seems they have unpaired. Also, when I send the open/close instruction from HA, one seems to receive it instantly while the other one takes up to a minute. Not a huge deal, just a small annoyance that would probably be fixed with another reset.

Super easy to install, I’ll admit I was a bit worried that it would fit on my rod but very easy to adjust.

I am terrible in the morning and really struggled getting myself up, usually taking 20 odd alarms to get me out of bed. Curtains open automatically at a set time with the natural light waking me up. Would 100% recommend!

SwitchBot Rod 2 is great

I also owe the original SwitchBot rod and it worked well, but it sometimes got stuck on the rod where the diameter was slightly different. Rod 2 fix’s that issue and auto adjusts nicely. Well done on the new design!

Return and Refund Procedure

1.If you are looking to apply for a return or refund,please email the following information to support@wondertechlabs.com, we will send a confirmation email to you within 3 business days of your request.

*A description of the reason for your return

* A video/image that explains the issue

2.We will confirm if the package is unopened or not, and will supply a return address to customer.

3.Customer will then send back the package and device.

4.Customer must then provide a tracking number for their delivery.

5.Our processing centre will confirm there are no issues with the return.6.Refund will be processed.

Note: The time it takes for products to be sent back to our warehouse varies and may take up to as long as 1 month. Our warehouse accepts returns every two weeks . How can I cancel my order?

You can setup custom stop points. i only open mine halfway.

If i have two curtain panels, do i need to buy one product or two? i can't figure out for the description how many devices come in a pack.

Just one device comes per pack, if you have two panels and they open in opposite directions, you would need two switchbots.
